There are countless “stores that focus on their ingredients, focus on their atmosphere, and offer tasty food.” Faced with this competition, our response is not to offer unusual ingredients and food but rather to continuously offer food that is orthodox yet can only be eaten at Idea. The stores that we create start from the idea that we want to be able to take our family and friends proudly to the store in which we are working.


“It would be great if everyone could enjoy eating Miyazaki chicken.” It was this thought that led to the creation of Kuruma. Since its founding, the restaurant has continuously focused on “offering food that cannot be experienced anywhere else.” For example, our famous charcoal-grilled chicken dark meat from the legs. Our energetic chicken is directly delivered every day from Miyazaki’s owner-occupied poultry farms. We cut it into bite-sized pieces so that it is easy for women to eat, and grill it using three types of charcoal. To enable as many of our customers as possible to experience food that is “only available at Kuruma.” That is our wish.

The name of Tori Kagura is derived from the Ama-no-Iwato legend, a traditional art of the farmers in the Takachiho region of Miyazaki Prefecture. In order to further enhance your experience of the Jitokko chicken raised with care at our contract farms in Miyazaki and the food incorporating the highest quality seasonal flavors, we prepared a space which is like a mysterious other world. Come and enjoy not only the food but also the luxury of “experiencing time”.

The owner of the company himself has traveled throughout Japan and throughout the world to find the highest quality of delicious cooking ingredients including meat, seafood, vegetables, etc. that “I want to eat any time.” Although the restaurant is new you can experience the best aspects of Japanese food in a relaxing space featuring the style of a machiya (an old-style Japanese home in the city) and the harmony of a friendly minka (traditional Japanese home), all arranged in a modern manner.

Teppan Restaurant Kanro is the name of our casual teppanyaki specialty restaurant which uses fresh seasonal cooking ingredients. You can relax and recover from your day’s work if you gather around the table with your friends, loosen your necktie, and enjoy the teppanyaki made with delicious cooking ingredients including meat, seafood, vegetables, etc. The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere and features a ventilation system which ensures that the smoke does not get into your clothes so anyone can enjoy the teppanyaki here without concern.

Danke offers a wide range of kushikatsu made with cooking ingredients overflowing with ideas and seasonal flavors. It offers everything from seasonal vegetables and fresh seafood to tororo (grated yam), mentaiko (spicy cod roe), and creative kushikatsu overflowing with ideas. The staff deep-fry kushikatsu of more than 40 different kinds of fresh ingredients until the customer is satisfied. You can choose to have it with our original sauce or with salt according to your taste. This casual and relaxing restaurant has an atmosphere that makes it easy to stop by anytime on your way home from work.
