“It would be great if everyone could enjoy eating Miyazaki chicken.” It was this thought that led to the creation of charcoal-grilled Miyazaki chicken restaurant Kuruma. It is a new business which both brings our focus on authenticity to the fore and an enhanced casual atmosphere. Because we use simple cooking ingredients that everyone likes we cannot get away with any drop in quality. Because we focus on the tastiness of our chicken, we use only chickens raised in the best possible environment in owner-occupied poultry farms as ingredients in our cooking. To make our famous charcoal-grilled Jitokko chicken dark meat from the legs, we cut chicken meat into bite-sized pieces so that it is easy for women to eat, and grill it using three types of charcoal. The chickens cooked are so energetic that they can even climb the trees. We fitted the individual dining rooms in the restaurant with individual dining room table seats where adults can take their time to relax with a sense of fun. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere with jazz music in the background and the lighting a little darker than in most chicken restaurants.
