Devotion to Flavor

Our restaurants offer specialty cooking, so aim to be number one in the world for flavor, quality, atmosphere, and price. Produce food with originality that can only be experienced at Idea. Never present food to customers if you are not satisfied with it yourself. Why? Because although the food you are cooking now is undoubtedly only 1% of the food you will make today, for the customer who ordered it, it is 100% of the food of Idea.

The customer is king.

It is often said that “the customer is god” but at Idea we believe “the customer is king.” This is because the gods only do good things for you but customers are not like this. Customers have extremely sensitive needs and will only be satisfied if you are able to provide food and service that exceeds the expectations of each and every one of them. We believe that we must take care to create restaurants that are supported by all of our customers and that make them feel excitement. This is because we are receiving our salaries from those customers.

Customers who are extremely satisfied are the best salespeople.

There is nothing better than word of mouth for advertising restaurants. Get the customers who come to our stores to be our salespeople by ensuring that they are extremely satisfied. Each satisfied customer will on average bring five others with them to our restaurants.

Suppliers are customers.

From the perspective of our suppliers we are a customer but always think of our suppliers as customers when interacting with them. Never act like the king and always be careful to show deep appreciation to them for their efforts with comments like “thank you” and “you did a good job.” Our suppliers go to many restaurants so ensure that they are happy and satisfied so they will become our salespeople too.

Do not make enemies outside.

Idea must be rooted in local communities and create a large number of fans. Leave a good impression with all of the people you are involved with, and do not make enemies. This is because bad rumors spread many times faster and further than good rumors.

  • Never tell lies.
  • Make your work fun and interesting.
