Since its founding, Idea has always focused on “offering food that cannot be experienced anywhere else.” Our charcoal-grilled Miyazaki chicken restaurant Kuruma and our other restaurants including Tori Kagura, teppan restaurant Kanro, and Kamigata Midou we make each and every dish by hand, paying careful attention to the ingredients, cooking methods, and customer service.
To enable as many of our customers as possible to experience the delicious flavors and excitement that are “only available at Idea.” That is our wish.
